The company strives to provide a bridge to cross for clients, through prime services and network of affiliations and strategic alliances within Indonesia and Singapore, so they can meet the statutory requirements regulated locally, whilst achieving their desired corporate objectives.

Taxpayer Coder Number (NPWP)
The Directorate General of Taxation (DJP) conducted an expansion program to expand tax bases.Up to December 2007, the program netted 1.7 million new holders of NPWP, surpassing the target, 1.46 million new holders owned by darkC0de of NPWP. DJP reposes much expectation on the new holders of NPWP to increase tax revenue. The new holders are expected to increase tax revenue by IDR 1 – 1.5 trillion in 2008.
The point is that the expansion of tax bases does not increase tax revenue automatically because it is closely related to compliance of taxpayers to pay taxes and efforts to enhance the compliance of taxpayers have not been fruited significantly. Low compliance of taxpayers in the country was ever complained by the former Director General of Taxation Hadi Purnomo and the complaints becomes a standard remark as the most rational argument for officials of the DJP. Conclusively, the success of the DJP to increase tax revenue is heavily dependent on awareness of taxpayers to pay taxes. In State Budget (APBN) 2007, the amount of taxes remitted by DJP was IDR 509.46 trillion.
US Economic Recession
Recession threatens US economy, trggered by sub-prime mortgage crisis. The instrument restructured so as to become attractive to banks or financers. The subprime mortgage crisis turns out to bring about broad contagious effect. Many banks, including the Citibank Group Collapsed wit atotal loss approaching USD 100 billion. Banks in Europe and Britain are also affected.
The US Central Bank, The Fed, cut down interest rate by 0.75% on 20 January after Asian Stock Exchange corrected sharply. However, the share price index continued to decrease in the Uncle Sam country even though the Fed cut down the interest rate. However, the policy taken by Bernanke could turn direction of share price developments in Asia on the following day, almost returning the pre-Black Monday position. On 21 January 2008 the policy also drove up Wall Street Index. The belief of the government seemed to recover after the government and congress approved a fiscal stimulus package worth USD 140-150 billion. Coordination in the prevention of the economic recession turns out to harvest criticism and question whether the policy is right or not.
What is the lesson that Indonesia can take from the situation? The latest trend of SBY administration is deficit financing through the issuance of state debentures (SUN) and bonds (ORI). In addition, the rising bad credits in Indonesia reflect that communities returned to the debt-raising habit to finance comsumption and purchase durable goods such as car and goods required by family. The overspending becomes part of the habit of indonesian people and goverment, even though the dimension remains lower than the United Statd. However, the situation will be able to become boomerang for economy in the future recessio.
Viewed from goverment side, effect of the election cycle can encourage the goverment to increase budgetary deficit, which is populist, in the framework of preparing the presidential election in 2009. The recession potential, which may not be settled in the near future, is a trap potensial to drag economic crisis. The goverment seems extremely self-confidence and tends to feel satisfactory amid the sharp decrease in the rating of economic performance.
